Cert. or Certification

In the South Africa Cape Town mission, missionaries must be certified to drive in South Africa before they are allowed behind the wheel of a mission vehicle even if they already have a valid license from another country. The certification process is to make sure that the missionary is aware of differing laws and how adjust to the possibility of driving on the opposite side of the roadway.
